This is your opportunity to be a part of the show - ascend with hundreds of other hot air balloons during the morning’s Mass Ascension event! This optional package add-on is priced from $625 per person, and we’ve crafted our tour to fit this optional add-on event seamlessly into our Itinerary, including transportation to and from Balloon Fiesta Park on the day of your ride!
  

Booking & Cancellation Policy:

Booking Policy:

• 50 / 50 Plan - 50% deposit to book, final 50% is due August 1, 2026.

• Payment Plan - $200 deposit per person to book, monthly payments, final payment is due August 1, 2026.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made before August 1, 2026 receive a full refund minus $200 cancellation fee per package. This $200 cancellation fee can be applied to any future re-booking. Just join us for a future Balloon Fiesta, and you will recover this cancellation fee in full.

• Cancellations made after August 1, 2026 forfeit amount already paid.

“Peace of Mind” Guarantee:

• If the event is cancelled due to COVID or any other reason, full refunds will be issued to all guests, including deposit.
