Booking & Cancellation Policy:
Booking Policy:
50 / 50 Plan - 50% deposit to book, final 50% is due August 1, 2025.
Payment Plan - $200 deposit per person to book, monthly payments, final payment is due August 1, 2025.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made before August 1, 2025 receive a full refund minus $200 cancellation fee per package. This $200 cancellation fee can be applied to any future re-booking. Just join us for a future Balloon Fiesta, and you will recover this cancellation fee in full.
Cancellations made after August 1, 2025 forfeit amount already paid.
“Peace of Mind” Guarantee:
If the event is cancelled due to COVID or any other reason, full refunds will be issued to all guests, including deposit.
